By enrolling in or using Client-Led Reserve, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
About Client-Led Reserve
Client-Led Reserve is a travel representation and advisory service operated by DePrez Travel Bureau, Inc. It allows members to continue booking travel independently while accessing DePrez's advice, supplier relationships, advocacy, and travel support.
BOOKING ACTIVATION
You may submit a direct booking to Client-Led Reserve for review. A submitted reservation is not automatically accepted or transferred.
A booking is considered activated only after DePrez confirms that it qualifies and, where required, the supplier has accepted DePrez as the Agent of Record. Supplier transfer windows, policies, and restrictions apply.
MEMBER BENEFITS
Benefits vary according to the booking, supplier, availability, and applicable program rules. Client-Led Reserve does not guarantee upgrades, amenities, refunds, availability, supplier acceptance, or other travel outcomes.
MEMBER DIVIDEND
Qualifying bookings may generate a Member Dividend or other program benefit as described in the applicable membership or partner offer.
Eligibility is subject to program and supplier rules and is finalized after applicable travel, commission receipt, and reconciliation.
Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or booking changes may reduce or eliminate the benefit. For participating Strive members, the program currently contemplates directing the applicable benefit to Big Change rather than returning it to the traveler.
TRAVEL SUPPLIERS
Travel services are ultimately provided by independent third-party suppliers.
DePrez will advocate for members and assist when problems arise, but cannot guarantee the acts, services, availability, or performance of those suppliers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler and booking information, complying with supplier terms, reviewing travel documentation, and promptly notifying us of relevant booking changes or cancellations.
PROGRAM CHANGES
Client-Led Reserve may update its benefits, eligibility requirements, procedures, membership terms, or these Terms & Conditions. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
